Looking For A Group Getaway?

We have the venue for your next group retreat or conference. Come and enjoy the great Canadian Shield in the Fall, Winter, or Spring on our 127 acre, prime riverfront property. Located only 1^1/2 hours from North Winnipeg, we are just far enough from distractions but close enough for convenience, and to be sure you truly retreat from everyday, leave your cell phones and blackberries at home. Service ends when you turn on the driveway.

What Can You Look Forward Too?

From the comfortable dorm style rooms in our new Beaver Lodge to the more rustic feel of our cabins or our large dining hall, we're sure you will enjoy your stay as you meet or just retreat. Food Services are top notch and always prepared with your taste buds in mind so call us at 877.897.5506 to arrange your meal option.

In the fall and spring we offer canoeing, kayaking, hiking, rock climbing, skateboarding, mountain-biking, Water skiing, tubing, wakeboarding, etc. In the winter we offer cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobile trail access 5 min. down river, broom-ball, and ice skating. We always offer Foosball, Table Tennis and Air Hockey.

There may be some activities that are weather or river conditions dependent which may result in the cancellation of these activities. Water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing and Rock Climbing have additional fees.

How Do I Set It All Up?

It's easy, just follow these easy steps and be sure not to miss any so we can provide for you the best experience possible. Weekend bookings are first come first served so fill in everything as accurately as possible to assure your booking.

1. Click here to download all of the information to fill in as well as a Map to Camp and a Site Map.
2. Read over the policies regarding use and statement of faith so you will be familiar with our expectations.
3. Sign and date the Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct forms and fill out the application being sure to include important info such as group size, equipment needed and date and time of arrival.
4. Are you a member of our Renter's Group? To rent the facility you must be a member. If you are not it is not a problem, just call and we will forward you the appropriate info. There is a $25 Administration fee to become a member and this fee will be included on your final invoice.
5. Send it all in to the office or e-mail to info@birdriver.net and be sure to include your $300 deposit to secure your weekend.
