Chuck Kroeker has been in camping ministry at Bird River Bible Camp for the last 11 years and 7 of those as Camp Director. Over the past 5 years he has started his family by marrying his wife Jenny-Lynn in 2005 and in January of 2007 they had their first daughter Gibsen!

Chuck grew up in Stonewall, Manitoba where he attended Bird River Bible Camp through New Life Church there. Having this experience as a youth obviously gave him a love for the camp which later grew into a love for the ministry there.

Jenny-Lynn is from Winnipeg where she also came through her church to Bird River as a camper and later as a staff for many years. It is amazing to see how God was already working in both their lives to prepare them for this full time ministry and life together.

Having been with Bird River Bible Camp for this length of time has been a huge blessing to him and his new family. The continuity of his position has been a real benefit and blessing for the continuation and development of the camp. Over the past 7 years, the camp has seen some tremendous growth in facility and programming with several new buildings and larger camps, healthy relationships with some key support groups, and an exciting vision with development plans well into the future. It is evident that the vision Chuck has had for the camp has been blessed by God as He continues to bless Chuck and the Camp in these endeavors.

Please pray for Chuck, Jenny-Lynn, and Gibsen as they continue to serve God in this amazing and dynamic ministry. They are excited about their future with Bird River Bible Camp and the many new things God has in store them and the camp.
